Katie Werchek started in the Building industry early in life with her father being a custom home builder and one of the biggest developers in her hometown in the suburbs of Chicago.
As she grew up she followed along as he built luxury custom homes and her Mom would style and design the homes and models to sell. It wasn't until a Real Estate law class at UW-Madison that Katie knew she was home. She majored in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and she has been building, buying, and selling Real Estate ever since.
Starting in Naples as a Project Manager for Toll Brothers Katie built and delivered 100% satisfaction for the Coach Homes at Aviano at Naples. Later she moved on to build single family homes for Toll Brothers before taking over her small family construction company.
Katie decided to focus 100% on the sales end of Real Estate in 2015 and quickly became the Team Leader and Top Producer for a boutique Brokerage. She knew that if she wanted everyone around her to be working at the same level she would have to go out on her own and prove that she can be a top producing unit selling over $30 million per year as a single agent, then show others how to do the same thing.
